Courier Partners
We ship with PostEx (primary) and Swyft Logistics (secondary) for urban, and BlueEx for rural / remote. All couriers are SBP-regulated and provide real-time tracking.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Sat) dispatch the same day.
- Orders placed after 4pm dispatch the next working day.
- No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
- COD orders may require SMS OTP + WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch (usually <2 hours).
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across all delivery zones. Please keep the exact amount ready. Courier calls before delivery.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number. Track any time at thehairfactory.pk or directly on the courier's portal.
What If I'm Not Home?
Our courier calls before arrival. If unavailable, they reschedule same-day or next-morning. After 2 failed attempts, the order returns to us — we'll WhatsApp you to re-book or refund.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, WhatsApp +92 321 111 8312 within 48 hours with a photo. We'll replace or refund at our cost.
