How to Claim a Refund

1. WhatsApp us at +92 321 111 8312 within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Briefly tell us what didn't work — we use this to improve the product, not to argue.
3. Provide your bank account number or JazzCash / EasyPaisa wallet for the refund.
4. We'll refund the full product amount within 7 working days — usually faster.

What Qualifies for a Refund

• ✅ You tried the product and didn't like the color result
• ✅ Coverage wasn't what you expected
• ✅ You had a skin reaction
• ✅ The product didn't meet your needs for any reason
• ✅ Delivery arrived damaged (include a photo)

Honest Exclusions

• ❌ Refund requests more than 30 days after delivery
• ❌ Obvious fraud (multiple orders to the same address from serial refunders without trying the product)

What About Shipping Charges?

If you paid a shipping charge, that's also refunded. Free-shipping orders have nothing extra to refund.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If we shipped the wrong shade or size, WhatsApp us a photo and we'll send the correct item at our cost. No need to return the wrong one.
