How to Claim a Refund
- WhatsApp us at +92 321 111 8312 within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- Briefly tell us what didn't work — we use this to improve the product, not to argue.
- Provide your bank account number or JazzCash / EasyPaisa wallet for the refund.
- We'll refund the full product amount within 7 working days — usually faster.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- ✅ You tried the product and didn't like the color result
- ✅ Coverage wasn't what you expected
- ✅ You had a skin reaction
- ✅ The product didn't meet your needs for any reason
- ✅ Delivery arrived damaged (include a photo)
Honest Exclusions
- ❌ Refund requests more than 30 days after delivery
- ❌ Obvious fraud (multiple orders to the same address from serial refunders without trying the product)
What About Shipping Charges?
If you paid a shipping charge, that's also refunded. Free-shipping orders have nothing extra to refund.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
If we shipped the wrong shade or size, WhatsApp us a photo and we'll send the correct item at our cost. No need to return the wrong one.
