1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of thehairfactory.pk ("Site") and the purchase of The Hair Factory products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Who We Are

The Hair Factory is a Pakistani direct-to-consumer hair-care brand. Our operating address and registration details are available on request at support@thehairfactory.pk.

3. Placing Orders

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.
• Cash on Delivery orders may require SMS OTP and WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card (SafePay), and bank transfer (IBFT).
• Online payments are processed by SBP-licensed Pakistani payment service providers.
• Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Product Information & Claims

• We take care to describe products accurately, but colors and results may vary slightly based on individual hair type.
• Our products are external-use cosmetics. Always patch-test before first use.
• Discontinue use and consult a medical professional if any skin reaction occurs.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content (images, text, logos, video) is owned by The Hair Factory or its licensors and protected by Pakistani and international IP laws. No reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Site security
• Impersonate another person or submit false information
• Interfere with other users' access to the Site

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, The Hair Factory's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
